Pippin Holiday Cottage, Sedbergh
Sedbergh is a small stone built town nestling in the Howgills on the border of the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbria, approximately seven miles from Kendal. The area is fantastic for walkers, mountain bikers or even just to relax and admire the breathtaking countryside. It is known as England’s Booktown in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is mentioned in the Domesday book. As well as the bookshops there are several excellent pubs, cafe’s serving cream teas and sweet shops, so you wont be short of a well earned rest after your days activities.
‘Pippin Cottage’ is a quaint stone and slate built holiday retreat situated just off the main street, yet walking distance to all that this pretty town has to offer. It is the perfect base for the many stunning walks and fantastic book shops.
