Pippin Cottage Price List for 2009/2010
Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday at the prices listed below. The Cottage is available from 3.00pm on the first Saturday and must be vacated by 10.00am the following Saturday to allow for change over.
All Weekly Prices are inclusive of Bed Linen, Bath/Tea Towels, and all electricity and water.
A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required at confirmation of booking and final payment is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday. If booked within the 6 week period payment in full is due at time of booking.
January and February 2010, £275 per week
March 2010, £290 per week
April 2010, £345 per week
May 2010, £355 per week
June 2010, £380 per week
July and August 2010, £450 per week
September 2010, £380 per week
October 2010, £355 per week
November and December 2010, £275 per week
(Excluding Christmas and New Year).

Short breaks are available on a minimum three night basis, and should only be booked three weeks from the start date. Extra nights are negotiable if available. Three nights are priced at £165 for two persons, £195 for three persons and £225 for four persons. Babies go free. Bed linen and towels included.
Please note Pippin Cottage does not charge extra for school term holidays. So early bookings are essential to avoid disappointment.
